The characteristics of the Comet service are described on the Comet website or application before you can subscribe to the service. You are not subject to any contract duration commitment and can cancel your subscription to the Comet service at any time. Once purchased, the Data Plan cannot be refunded. Comet eSIM is a comet mobile trademark.
Introduction
If you are reading this, it means you have a Comet (e)SIM card, granting you access to mobile data services in various countries (“Services”). The (e)SIM card and Services are provided by comet S.A.S or one of its affiliates comet eSIM under these Terms & Conditions (“T&C’s”). The Services may be embedded into various devices, including (but not limited to): connected cars, laptops, tablets, or other authorized devices (“Device”).

Definitions and Framework
The “Service” can be purchased exclusively via the Comet application or website on an authorized Device. The Service may not be available in all regions or on all devices and is subject to these T&C’s. The Service consists of providing prepaid cellular Data Plans (data allowances valid for a specified duration) to connect your Device to the Internet (“Data Plans”). The countries where you can use the Data Plans are listed when browsing available offers. Offers may change periodically and may vary based on your location. By purchasing the Service, you confirm that you are authorized to use the Service and are responsible for paying according to these T&C’s.
These T&C’s, including the personal data protection clauses referenced herein (collectively, the “Agreement”), outline the terms governing your use of the Service. “Customer”, “You”, and “your” refer to the Service user, while “Comet mobile ”, “we”, “our”, and “us” include Cometesim S.A.S and any of its affiliates involved in providing the Service. Your enrollment, use, or payment for the Service signifies your unconditional acceptance of the T&C’s as presented in this Agreement available on www.cometesim.com. If you disagree with these terms, you may not use the Service.
We may update or modify this Agreement as required by law. Unless otherwise stated, changes take effect immediately upon posting on www.cometesim.com. In cases of significant changes, we will make efforts to notify you directly. Continuing to use the Service after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
1. Overview
These Terms govern the prepaid, data-only eSIM services (“Service”) provided by Comet Mobile Ltd (UK-registered). Service details and prices are on www.cometesim.com .
Once activated, Data Plans are non-refundable, except as stated below.

2. Use of Service
By activating or using the Comet eSIM, you accept these Terms. The Service works only on compatible, unlocked devices and provides data only (no calls, SMS, or emergency access). Comet may update Terms or modify the Service as required by law or technical needs.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Use the Service lawfully and responsibly.
- Protect your account and eSIM from misuse.
- Provide accurate contact details and verification if required.
- Must be 18+ or have guardian consent.
Comet may suspend the Service for fraud, misuse, non-compliance, or inactivity.
4. Charges and Refunds
- All Data Plans are prepaid and non-transferable.
- Prices include UK taxes; foreign taxes may apply.
- Refunds only if the QR code is unscanned/unactivated, or if verified technical faults are caused by Comet.
5. Liability & Warranty
- Comet’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected Data Plan.
- No liability for network failures, third-party content, or indirect losses.
- Service provided “as available” with reasonable care and skill.
6. Data Protection & IP
Personal data is processed under UK GDPR and shared only as necessary.
All trademarks and intellectual property belong to Comet Mobile Ltd.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in its courts.
8. Force Majeure
Comet eSIM shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in the performance of any part of this Agreement to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, explosion, war, embargo, government requirement, civil or military authority, act of God, or any other similar causes beyond Comet eSIM’s reasonable control.
